Theta Lake Unveils Swathe Of New Voice Compliance Innovations

Theta Lake has unveiled a swathe of innovative voice compliance innovations for customers and partners.

The UC compliance and Digital Communications Governance (DCG) provider has introduced myriad features, integrations, and partnerships to address the growing need for enhanced voice recording and compliance capabilities.

Among the new innovations are a unique Microsoft-certified compliance recorder, expanded unified coverages with emphasis on flexibility and risk detection, the capability to support any geography for call recording archiving and multi-location storage management, and TranscriptionRN, Theta Lake’s new built-in transcription tool tailored around compliance.

Dan Nadir, Chief Product Officer at Theta Lake, said:

We’ve focused our integrations and efforts at Theta Lake on providing the broadest coverage for Cloud Voice Unified Communication platforms with the deepest DCG capabilities for compliance. This latest wave of integrations, capabilities, and patented technology is just more validation of our impact and innovation in compliant voice.”

Theta Lake highlights the challenges cloud-native voice technology poses to outdated compliance recording systems, which are typically tied to specific devices and networks. Theta Lake positions itself as a leader in providing innovative solutions to address these evolving compliance needs.

Theta Lake’s DCG coverage for Cloud Voice and UC platforms offers a scalable and adaptable solution for capturing voice communications. Whether through integration or Theta Lake’s own recording infrastructure, it can capture voice from various sources, including call centre tools, enterprise calling products, trader voice, app or mobile-based phone calls, and text messages.

More Specifics On The New Innovations

Theta Lake’s suite of innovations streamlines compliance recording across a multitude of platforms, particularly for Microsoft’s Operator Connect and various phone and voice providers integrated with Microsoft Teams.

It offers a unified approach for capturing, archiving, and detecting risks in voice, SMS, and messaging. The solution is adaptable to carriers, UC providers, and mobile compliance tools and designed to handle the complex modalities of modern voice platforms, including SMS and screen sharing.

Globally, it supports call recording archiving and storage management across multiple locations, adhering to data sovereignty regulations. Theta Lake’s advanced security and compliance features allow customers to manage encryption keys and cloud storage, optimising migration, storage costs, and internal application support.

Its TranscriptionRN technology provides superior context to compliance efforts, surpassing basic error rate metrics and including multi-language risk detection and on-demand translation for reviewers.

Theta Lake Boosts Zoom Contact Centre’s Security

Last year, Theta Lake and Zoom expanded their partnership, with the former integrating with Zoom Contact Centre to enhance its security provisions.

Since 2018, Theta Lake and Zoom have maintained a strong partnership focused on enhancing security and compliance for Zoom’s UC platform and products. The integration with Zoom’s Contact Center strengthened this robust foundation, ensuring continued reliability and protection.

The integration between Theta Lake and Zoom Contact Center enabled businesses to capture and securely store contact centre recordings, similar to other UC services. These recordings often contained sensitive data that required stringent security measures. This integration aimed to enhance the security, data management, and utilisation of the Contact Center, ensuring that all recorded information remains protected and well-organised.
